Sealed spherical roller bearing, includes an inner ring and an outer ring, a cage is arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring, and rollers are arranged on both sides of the cage between the inner ring and the outer ring, which is characterized by the inner ring There are end caps for sealing the inner end of the bearing on both sides of the outer ring. The sealed end cover can effectively protect the internal structure of the bearing from external aggressions, prolong the service life of the bearing, and enable the bearing to run for a long time under complex environmental conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and heavy load.

Special Grease: Heat And pressure resistance are ensured using a special long-life grease

Special Seal:Sealing performance is enhanced by adopting an outward-extending, spring loaded lip seal made of nitrile rubber and is beaded on the outer circumference, which sectures the seal to prevent dislodging.

Symmetric Rollers:Roller and raceway surface areas are designed to prevent edge loading at the contact points under high-load operating conditions.

Special Chamfer: the chamfer configuration of the outer-ring outer bore offers smooth axial movement of the bearing at the free end.

 

Spherical roller bearings are universally applicable to various machines. The ordinary roller bearing generally includes an inner ring and an outer ring. A cage is arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring. Both sides of the cage are evenly distributed with axial pockets, and the pockets on both sides of the cage are arranged in a cross shape. There are rollers in each pocket, and the rollers are drum-shaped spherical rollers. The inner surface of the outer ring and the corresponding inner ring raceway of the roller are both spherical. A circumferential boss is processed in the middle of the inner surface of the cage, and the inner surface of the circumferential boss and the inner surface of the inner ring are in a contact-like sliding fit, and the inner ring guides the movement of the cage.

However, because spherical rollers are generally used in harsh working conditions, if this ordinary spherical roller bearing is directly installed in the above environment, the inside of the bearing is easily contaminated, which greatly reduces the life of the bearing and affects the equipment. Normal operation.

Sealed spherical roller bearings can be widely used in places with relatively harsh environments, such as steel metallurgy, mining, petrochemicals, papermaking, cement manufacturing and other engineering machinery fields.
